Floodfall formed in Bozeman, Montana and rapidly developed a deep connection with Top Floor Studios in Gothenburg, Sweden where their first album was recorded. The multinational collaboration reinforced Floodfall’s deep, eclectic style and helped them weather a major lineup shift as they were beginning the recording of their second album. Now located in Portland, Oregon, the band is a close partnership between David and Zane Hearst. The collaboration with Top Floor's Jakob Herrmann remains a constant, along with phenomenal contributions from Gustavo Sazes on artwork and Ryan Erlandsen (Marble Mountain Films) on videos. This team toughed out a number of big challenges as the second album came together and can’t wait to get it out into the world…very soon.
